**When ordering our merchandise to ship outside of the United States you are agreeing to Steady Clothing’s terms and conditions regarding international shipping. Please be aware that it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay any local customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes and any other government fees that may be imposed by your shipping destinations local government. These fees are assessed by your local government and Steady Clothing is unable to quote or estimate any of these fees at the time of purchase.
If you, the customer, choose to not accept the package and the packages is refused, you will be charged any and all additional fees that are incurred as a result of this refusal, as the package would be abandoned and you would forfeit the right to a refund.
Here at Steady Clothing we understand that when purchasing merchandise online, returns and exchanges are occasionally necessary to find the perfect style and fit. We have designed our return policy to be customer friendly and accommodating. To return or exchange an item please email email@example.com with your order number and request a Return/Exchange form. Please ensure that when returning an item this form is filled out completely and included in your package so we can process your Return/ Exchange in a correct and timely manner.
All regularly priced items (excluding makeup, hair products, and Monogramed items) have a 30 day time period from the date of purchase to be returned or exchanged.
All monogram/custom items and all Steady Face Masks are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All items being returned must be in their original packaging and be in the same unworn condition they were received in. When returning merchandise please ensure that all tags remained attached, the merchandise remains unwashed and care is taken not to stretch out or misshape the fabric, there are no make-up, deodorant or other stains on the clothing. Please ensure that items are not exposed to any odors such as perfume, pet odors or cigarette smoke. We would not send merchandise to you in that condition and we would appreciate receiving the merchandise back with the same courtesy. Any items received that are deemed not returnable will be returned to the customer and any shipping fees incurred during this refusal will be charged to the original purchasing credit card on file.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any return shipping fees that may be incurred (We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking abilities such as UPS or FedEx with your returns).
If you are returning items you will receive a full refund minus shipping fees to your original method of payment. If you choose to exchange, we will send any new exchange items out at our cost within the continental US. (For our Return/ Exchange policy regarding Alaska, Hawaii, Military and all other US Territories please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org)
If you are returning/ exchanging an International purchase please be aware that you responsible for the shipping cost of both returning the original item as well as the cost to ship the new exchange item out to you.
