Embroidery:

Set-Up
 

- Art format - flat color art or color .jpg
- Digitize Tape - already set up must be in Tajima format
- New Digitize Tapes:
    - Set-up must be prepaid
- Set-Up 7-10 days
- Sample must be approved
Production
  - Production minimums are 36 units
- under 36 units, samples are 3 times the cost
- 14 days production time (from approved embroidery & P.O.)
- rush 5-7 days 20% increase (Rush Agreement signed)

Silkscreen:
Set-Up
  - art format - photoshop or Illustrator format
- screens - $30.00 US
- film & separations quote per job (all 4-color process & index printing 2 days to quote)
- spot color & flash set-up 5-7 days
- 4 color process & index printing set-up 7-10 days
- all new designs must be apporved
Production
 

- Production minimums are 72 units ( price breaks at 144, 288 and 500)
- 14 days production time (from approved sample & P.O.)
- rush 5-7 days 25% increase (Rush Agreement signed)
